Mediation is an informal, voluntary and confidential out of court process where a Mediator assists the parties in attempting to reach resolutions on issues that they cannot agree upon themselves. Having participated in thousands of domestic and family law cases since 2003, creative problem solving is key to presiding over a successful mediation. Jason H. Arthur has been trained and approved by the Tennessee Supreme Court as a Listed Rule 31 Family Law Mediator.
Participants, and their attorneys, can utilize separate entrances and exits from opposing parties, separate conference rooms, complimentary Wi-Fi access, free Notary services and other amenities. Payment forms accepted are cash, check and credit cards. Evening and weekend mediations are available to accommodate work schedules.
