About Jason H. Arthur
As a solo-practitioner, I strive to provide my clients with immediate personal attention for their legal needs. Regular office hours for my staff and I are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. For existing clients, I am available via email, text and cell phone. I make every effort to return after-hours and weekend messages, as I am able, because I know and understand that legal/life issues are not limited regular business hours.
As a Listed Rule 31 Mediator for Family and General Civil Law matters by the Tennessee Supreme Court, I enjoy the opportunity to assist people and families in conflict as they attempt to reach out of court resolutions that benefit their specific needs. Mediation affords participants more time, and a greater degree of control, than parties often find they may have when matters that are left to the Court for determination. Having practiced in Tennessee and Virginia since 2003, I bring a wealth of experience and problem-solving creativity into the mediation rooms in an effort to assist the parties in evaluating the strengths and issues of their cases/positions, all with a hope of helping them find a resolution that meets the needs of all involved.
